There is a saying:
Time is like a sword, if you will not cut it, it will cut you
One of the worthiest thing which could never be retrieved once you miss it that is time.
So, look where you are spending it for your dream goals or in just sitting idle.
We all have equal time to become unequal. Time is not precious but it is priceless because a thing which is precious there must be price for it. but, time has no price as it cannot be retrieved.
Do not spend your time but always invest your time.

3 WH Questions to ask yourself

What, Why, How                                                                                              

1-What is your goal ?

you must know, what you want to achieve in your life, whether you want to become an entrepreneur or want to achieve your desire goals.First of all, plan a Life time goal because life without a goal is like a ship without rudder.
Practice : Take a pen and paper and write down answer of this question. starting with My goal is .......................... or I am ....................... or I will ...................

2-Why

Now, it is time to explore the reason of choosing your that specific goal. write down the specific reason which motivates you for choosing this goal whether it is your passion, or you have chosen this for others.
Note : Never choose a goal for which you are not passionate about.

3-How

when you have chosen your desired goal, you need to know how to work for it? Here, I will cover how to manage your time to achieve your targeted goal and tasks.
Here are some rules and tips for managing your time.

Setting the time table

First most important step for achieving your goal is setting your timetable according to your priorities work. Here are some steps for that.

1. Define Exactly what you want

Whatever you want to become in your life or achieve define it clearly and start work for its achievement. Everything in this world is created three times, once, in mind which is also called mind-mapping, secondly, on the paper and third physically.
So be creative mindly and always think positive it will guide you towards your goals and your sub-conscious mind will work for it. The more you will believe the more you will get closer to your goal. We will give you some tricks about believe system at the end of the topic in chapter named Tips and Tricks.
After creating anything in mind just Think and deliver it on a paper. As, before Construction of any Building Architect makes its map on the paper then he follows that map and build that construction.
You can make your timetable on a piece, note book or in digital format, such as a spreadsheet or an app on your phone.                       
So, if you want to build any goal First of all schedule that goal on a paper it will guide you how you will have to go through, it will guide your conscious mind to remain punctual and active for up coming daily tasks.

  2. Make deadlines

  Make Deadlines for all of your achievements whether on Daily basis, Weekly, Monthly or Annually. Start your day with the biggest and difficult tasks and break them down into milestones that have their own deadlines. As you schedule individual tasks, give yourself a cushion. Mark the due date a few days ahead of the actual deadline so you have time to deal with changes or last-minute emergencies.

3. Make a list

Make a list of your daily tasks, partitions for your daily tasks with 3 simple steps.
(1)   Task name (2) Date & time (3) Due date.

4. Organize the list and make plan

Organizing your list According to your priority is very important. See Priority techniques below.

5. Take action on your plan

Just planning your goal will not be sufficient for achieving your goal. Action is what will lead you towards your goal. As, if you want to Reach on your destination but you don’t walk towards it you will never reach there. Goal without action is just a wish. So, start taking action for your goals NOW.
The right time for action is "NOW"

6. Be steadfast towards your goal

Come what may, keep going on towards your goal because winners never quit and quitters never win. Turn your Resistance into persistence. And keep learning from your failure because failure is not falling down but refusing to getting up.
go gradually but be persistent and steadfast and if you face resistance in your way just change your way not your destination.

7. Plan everything in advance

 6P Formula (Proper + Prior + Planning + Prevents + Poor + Performance)
It means, if you preplan your tasks and start work on time you can complete that task with proper way.Rather than poor or no planning cause poor result.
Here are some preplanning lists by following that you will be able to get done your tasks on time.

Pre-planning lists

Make your master list

Make a list in which you mention your lifetime goal. whatever you want to become in your life just write down on your Master List but there should be just one goal which you wanna achieve in your life. Just write (whatever you want to become in your life like Doctor, Engineer, Pilot, Entrepreneur or you want to achieve fame or wealth) On the paper and put that paper on the wall or in your drawing room or nearby the mirror where you see it time and again and it reminds you your goal and energize you to go forward for achieving your goal.

Monthly List

Make a list in which you mention your Monthly tasks including tasks for your lifetime goal which you mentioned in your master list.

Weekly List

Make a list in which you mention your weekly tasks including tasks which leads you towards your lifetime goal which will help you to complete your monthly task.

Daily List

Make a list in which you mention your daily tasks including one task from your weekly list which is related to your lifetime goal. Which will help you to complete your weekly task. 

Organize your tasks

When you make a list for your tasks you must need to come to know how to organize your tasks according to your priority.
Here are some simple techniques for organizing your tasks according to your priority.

Priority Techniques (PT)

(Manage your works According to Priority)
(Make Partitions for your tasks in a, b,c,d.... )
a)      Very important work: put your highly important work/task from each list in “a” category. (task with Huge Consequence)
b)      Important work: put your least important work or task from each list in “b” category. (with Moderate Consequence)                                                    
c)      Good to do: Put your less important tasks in category “c” (with no Risk of Consequence)                                                                                                 
     Work that can be Delegated: put those work which you could be delegated to others in category "d"
e)      Work that can be Eliminated: put in this category those work which you can eliminate as useless works in category "e"

     Never Procrastinate

    Don’t put off tomorrow what you can do today. Here are some steps to overcome procrastination. Time is finite. We have only so many hours available in a day to live our lives, accomplish the tasks that we need to accomplish, and enjoy our lives. So, to overcome our procrastination here are few steps by which we can start our work at right time.

·      The First step is to just get started, one of the most important and very simple formula for starting your task is “NOW” if you have started your any task now means you have started your travel to your goal.
·      Make partitions for your big task and divide it into small tasks and start taking action on it.
·      Make Deadlines for your tasks and finish in due date.
·      Give reward to yourself whenever you finish one specific task in due date.
·      Finishing crucial task in the morning will leave you with a sense of accomplishment.
·     Start off each day by knocking out the most important tasks on your list. For example, if you have five e-mails you need to respond to and a report that must be proofread, do that as soon as you get into the office. 
·      Interruptions disrupt your workflow. If you're in the middle of a task and stop to do something else, it can be hard to get back into work mode. When you're working on a task, try to complete it before getting up to do something else.
·      Spend the first 20 minutes of the morning planning your day. It will help you to make a game plan for the day in the morning. As soon as you get up, think about what you need to do and sketch a rough outline of when to do it.

    Tips and Tricks

Now we move to some special tips and tricks which will help you to get whatever you want in your life.

Belief System

You are what you think so, always be positive. Our conscious mind works as it receive signals from our thinking. If we think positive our conscious mind gets positive signals and if we think negative it receive negative signals and works accordingly.
Suppose you want to become millionaire then starts thinking about luxury life and search for millionaires life styles, your conscious mind will work accordingly for ideas which will lead you to millionaire and luxury life.


Work hard

There is saying: “No pain no gain”. For getting success in your life you will have to work hard. The more you will work hard the more you will be successful in your life.
No one becomes legend in a day but everyone has to step long stairs for getting higher peak.
The Legend of Martial Art Bruce Lee once said.
I not fear the man who has practiced 1000 kicks, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 1000 times
Practice makes a man perfect. So, keep practicing what you want to be expert in.


Never Give up

Don’t lose your heart and keep trying until you get your goal. Learn from your failure because failure is not one who falls down but failure is one who does not stand up after falling. 


Always be inspired

Always believe on yourself and don’t think about people what they think about you but deaf when they talk about you negatively.


Share what you have

Share what you have now to one who has not. If you have money then help poors, if you have knowledge help illiterate people, if you have health then help unhealthy peoples. If you will help people in their need God will help you in your need.


Save Money

If you earn but you don’t know how to save it so, you are not enough successful because saving is the important key of success.


Conquer your fear

There is an African Proverb which says:
If there is no enemy within the enemy outside can do us no harm

Which means our fear comes from our thinking if we conquer our inside enemy nothing can harm us and we can convert impossible into I-am-possible.
